1. Independent Over-temperature Protection
The system monitors internal conditions in real-time. If temperatures exceed the pre-set safety threshold, it automatically cuts off heating or cooling power and triggers an audible and visual alarm, preventing damage to expensive specimens and the chamber itself.
2. Over-current and Overload Protection
Equipped with precision current monitoring modules, the system will immediately disconnect power if the operating current exceeds the rated capacity, effectively eliminating fire hazards caused by circuit overloading.
3. Comprehensive Leakage Protection
Strictly adhering to international electrical safety standards, HFWE chambers include high-sensitivity leakage protection devices. By continuously monitoring the grounding status, we ensure the absolute safety of operators against electrical shocks.
4. Intelligent Low-Water & Dry-burn Prevention
Integrated water level sensors monitor the reservoir during humidity tests. If the water level drops too low, the system will automatically halt humidification and alert the user, preventing heating element damage due to dry-burning.
5. Fan Overheat Protection
Individual thermal overload protectors are installed for the circulation fans. If the fan motor temperature rises abnormally, the system will stop the motor to prevent burnout and extend its service life.
6. Safety Door Interlock System
To protect operators from extreme airflows (heat blasts or frostbite), the safety interlock automatically pauses the heating/cooling cycles if the chamber door is opened during operation.
7. Multi-level Password Security
Advanced access control allows for multi-level password settings, preventing unauthorized operation and ensuring the integrity of both the testing process and the resulting data.
