No. To ensure smooth airflow circulation, the total volume of the test samples should generally not exceed one-third of the chamber's effective working volume. Overloading the chamber obstructs air convection and creates temperature "dead zones," which can prevent the temperature and humidity from reaching set levels or result in inaccurate test data.

Are there any specific precautions for daily use?
A
The humidification water tank and piping must be inspected and cleaned regularly to prevent clogging caused by limescale buildup. Frequent opening of the chamber door during testing is strictly prohibited to avoid drastic fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Additionally, ensure the water used is pure to prevent impurities from affecting the lifespan of the humidification system.

Are there strict limits on the laboratory's ambient temperature and humidity?
A
Yes, there are strict requirements. The laboratory's ambient temperature should be maintained between 5°C and 35°C (with an optimal operating range of 20°C–25°C), and relative humidity should be kept below 85%. Excessively high ambient temperatures or poor ventilation can cause high pressure on the refrigeration system's high-pressure side, while excessive humidity can lead to short circuits in electrical components due to moisture or rusting of metal parts.
